A classical class focusing on core & pelvic floor activation, mind to muscle connection, body awareness, improving posture, strength and coordination.

Intermediate
Build on the fundamentals learnt in Beginners class. A whole body workout. Take it to the next level, with advanced postures, enhance strength, challenge coordination, balance and sculpt your body.
Recommended minimum 5-8 beginners classes prior to attending.

Tone & Stretch
This class is designed to stretch and lengthen muscles, increasing flexibility whilst giving you a whole body workout.
Build lean muscle, improve posture & agility.

Belly, Butts & Thighs
A fun class focusing on toning and strengthening your centre; core, abs, glutes, inner & outer thighs.
Tone your md-sections, improve pelvic stability and core activation.

Yogalates
Commencing the first half of the class with your Reformer Pilates practice, using the resistance of
your reformer bed for a dynamic workout, strengthening and lengthening to create long lean
muscles.
Finishing the class on your yoga mat, practicing Vinyasa Flow, seamlessly flowing between yoga
postures including Pranayama (breathwork), ideal for muscle relaxation, increasing flexibility,
strength, toning and reducing anxiety and stress.

Boxalates
The perfect fusion of cardio, strength and mind-body connection. Boxalates ramps up the traditional
Pilates class with the pace and co-ordination of fitness boxing. Using boxing pads and gloves, you’ll
combine short boxing drills and cardio intervals with the Reformer Pilates bed movements and
exercise.
Boxalates gives the best of both worlds, the results are amazing and faster and is suitable for all
fitness levels and ages.
