A classical class focusing on core & pelvic floor activation, mind to muscle connection, body awareness, improving posture, strength and coordination.
(please notify the studio prior of any injuries, and stage of pregnancy - safe during all stages of pregnancy).
Build on the fundamentals learnt in Beginners class. A whole-body workout. Take it to the next level, with advanced postures, enhance strength, challenge coordination, balance and sculpt your body. Using Varying Pilates exercises to create a challenging, fun, refreshing workout.
Recommended minimum 5-8 beginners’ classes prior to attending.
This class is designed to stretch and lengthen muscles, increasing flexibility whilst giving you a whole-body workout. Build lean muscle, improve posture & agility. Suitable for all levels.
BELLY, BUTTS & THIGHS
A fun class focusing on toning and strengthening your centre; core, abs, glutes, inner & outer thighs.
Tone your mid-sections, improve pelvic stability and core activation. Suitable for all levels.
ARMS, ABS & ASSETS
Feel the burn in all the right places! We focus on toning your abs, sculpting your arms and shaping your glutes. The “burn” and the “donkey bite” are two of the forward expressions during this class, which indicates the exercises are working true to your assets. This class will leave you feeling invigorated and powered up to challenge the day ahead of you! Please note this session is NOT suitable for clients with serious injuries.
Sweat? This athletic cycle/reformer class will get your heart pumping and your body jumping to the music.
Cyclelates incorporates 30mins of Spin Cycle for your cardio, 20mins of Reformer Pilates for your muscle resistance and finishing with 10mins on the Vibro Plate for a cool down/massage. You will improve your stamina and those endorphins will be dancing in this whole-body workout. GLOW during the class and radiate your conquering powers as you walk out of the studio door!

The perfect fusion of cardio, strength and mind-body connection. Boxalates ramps up the traditional Pilates class with the pace and co-ordination of fitness boxing. Using boxing pads and gloves, you’ll combine short boxing drills and cardio intervals with the Reformer Pilates bed movements and exercise. Boxalates gives the best of both worlds, the results are amazing and faster and is suitable for all fitness levels and ages.
